CLOV Development is located in the northern part of Angola Block 17, approximately 40 km north-north-west of the Girassol Development.
CLOV will be the 4th development hub operated by Total in Block 17 delivering 160K bbl/day and bringing total production to around 800K bbl/day.

CLOV SCM Engineer for Umbilical package. Responsibilities include overall commercial and schedule activities throughout all phases of the project including engineering, prototype manufacture, qualification testing, procurement, manufacture, loadout and offshore support during installation.

- Design, Supply and installation of 80km of umbilicals. (Budget = 130M$)
- Design, Supply and installation of 2km of SIV umbilicals. (Budget = 4M$)
- Design, Supply and installation of SIV Control System. (Budget = 1M$)

The group Acergy is specialized in the offshore engineering. The main activities are the design, the manufacturing and the installation of seabed to surface offshore facilities. Acergy only works for offshore application.
The main customers are the main offshore groups as Exxon Mobil, Chevron Corp., BP, Shell, and Total…

Project Engineer: Manufacturing of mechanical equipment to be integrated on the shallow water barge Acergy Antares. (Budget = 6M€)

- Follow up of the manufacturing of a group « Tensioner and Pipe Handling Equipment » for the pipe conveying on the barge (Time Delivery 7 months / Budget = 4.5M€).
- Coordination with the following department: Quality (ITP, FAT procedure, Welding book, NDT procedure) / Control Command (electrical drawings) / HSE (HSE procedure) / BE (mechanical drawings) / SCM (Purchase order).
- Follow-up of the manufacturing of another mechanical equipments: chain hoists, winches, subsea trolley, survey equipment… (Time delivery 3 months / Budget 1M€).
- Control of the supply time deliveries and project advancement: MS Project.
- Supplier audit (Kick off Meeting, Pre Production Meeting, Monthly Progress Meeting…).
- Transit Management of this equipment to Gabon by seafreight (Time delivery 1 month / Budget 0.5M€)
- Work Team (30 personnes).

- Définition technique des composants et consultation des fournisseurs pour un sourcing externe : vannes conformes EN161 ou ANSI B16-104, détendeur de pression, vanne de régulation, transmetteur de pression (relatif, différentiel ou multi variable), compteur de débit, pressostat gaz, tuyauterie selon normalisation CODETTI et ASME.
- Négociation avec les fournisseurs.
- Préparation avec spécifications techniques : condition de process, normes et certificats (GOST, ATEX, UL, FM, CSA...) requis selon le PID global de l’installation pour chaque composant.
- Gestion du stock : réduction de 800.000€ à 500.000€ en 2 ans.
- Audit fournisseur.
- Gestion de 2 personnes (Assistant achat et technicien contrôle réception).

Ingénieur Méthodes: Etude technico économique sur le taillage par fraise mère de roues d’engrenages (6m de diamètre et module maximal de 30) pour améliorer la productivité :

- Définition théorique des paramètres de coupes.
- Adaptation réelle de ces paramètres théoriques de coupes sur le parc machine et le parc outil pour réduire les temps de fabrication et augmenter la durée de vie des outils.
- Analyses vibratoires des machines.
- Etudes des nouveaux revêtements pour outils de fraisage.
- Simulation des temps de production avec des nouvelles machines neuves et des outils à plaquettes carbure. Etude de rentabilité.
