Over the past 10 years, I had the opportunity to hold various IT Positions such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Manager and Project Director in Europe (France) and Asia (Singapore).

Today, I help global companies growth by providing various experise as an independent consultant:

    2014 - maintenant - PLM Project Director for Atos account
    - PLM Project Manager for Gemalto account

  • FCI - Global PLM IS Manager - Based in Singapore

    2011 - 2013 In charge of the PLM Competence Center for FCI Electronics globally, based on the PTC suite (Windchill / Creo).

    - Successfully managed the Global PLM (Windchill 10) and CAD Modeler (Creo 1.0) upgrade with minimized time, cost and schedule while maximizing product quality for 950 users.
    - Implemented the first Agile (scrum) driven IS Project in the company with success and teams satisfactions.
    - Initiated new engineering IS Projects to strive for best in class R&D processes and innovations.

  • FCI - IT Project manager - PLM - Based in Singapore

    2009 - 2011 - Project lead new requirements and enhancements on Windchill systems for the Electronics division.
    - Support system’s growing activities by leading PLM support team on global production issues, for 500 monthly users.
    - Conduct end users trainings for R&D centres.
    - Increased the PLM systems level of adoption through various migration projects.

  • FCI - JAVA DEVELOPER / BUSINESS ANALYST

    2006 - 2009 - Design, develop, test and deploy customized functionalities on PLM projects according to the business requirements.
    - Support Windchill infrastructure setup on Windows and HP-UX platforms for development, test and production servers identifying FCI network, database and hardware limitations.
    - Project led the Promotion approval and Change Management (CMII) implementation.
    - Designed, coded, and deployed the automated PDF drawing generation based on native Pro/Engineers models.
    - Successfully customized the Project Collaboration workflows through ProjectLink.
