Very customer oriented, I am truly passionate about customer service and loyalty. Working with Orange has given me the chance to manage the customer satisfaction surveys program, provide analysis and participate to various customer experience improvement plans.
Define and put in place customer survey programs that are in line with the company strategy for use on both multinationals and French large accounts.
