Global IS business projects management and regional implementations of global projects, primarily for the Commercial Divisions.
Lead role within IS for managing relationship and projects with Fine Fragrance world-wide.
Delivery coordination of the following services, either directly or via a team of business systems analysts : gathering requirements ; taking and following up user requests.

Setting-up of a LIMS (Laboratory Integration Management System)

Implementation of SAP (PP – QM) :
- Functional and operational coherence of the core-model, organization of the workshops
- Impact analysis on the existing processes versus the target processes and development of the action plan
- Design of purchase, production and quality flows in product, service and finance terms
- Change management strategy : leading of the recommendation and action plan
- Competences transfer to the business

Setting-up of a BI budget monitoring tool :

- Formalization of the operational needs in the goal of improving both the budget development and the results forecasts for the Group’s IT head office
- Study and development of the solution : diagnostic, target, working hypothesis / restraints, costs / earnings, KPI’s proposal
- Selection of the project team : business and IT
- Implementation of the application and change management strategy : definition, planning, leading (action plan)
- Coordination and control of the tests stage
- Operational support
- Communication strategy : meetings and steering committees leading

Implementation of a PDM / PLM (Product Data / Product Life Management) :
- Operational target definition : needs expression
- Economic analysis of the project : background, shortages (lacks), expected benefits, work and material costs, ROI, deliverables
- Formalization of the functional specification document : data, corporate development of products
- Selection and leading of the project team : business, IT and solution suppliers
- Benchmark and selection of the IT tool
- Change management strategy : deliver, conduct, implement (workshops, steering committees)

- Hierarchical management of a 4 persons team (internal staff and services providers)
- Business cases : budgets monitoring and argumentation, return studies (costs / earnings), projects priority and lot
- Design of major processes (as is / to be)
- Leading and coordination of multidisciplinary projects stakeholders
- Definition of the roles in relation with the projects objectives
- Tasks planning and trainings plans
- Monitoring and control of the team’s activity (project reviews, flash reports, committees)
- International presentations and implementations of an intranet system (Milan, Fribourg, Tokyo, Hong-Kong)

Implementation of JDEdwards (Distribution)
- Leading of general and detailed conceptions
- Design of distribution flows (life cycle, custom and account movements)
- Formalization of the functional specification document and definition of the JDEdwards parameters
- Participation in the test stage
- Users training and change management strategy
- Documents and procedures

JDEdwards evolutions in function of business evolutions :
- Implementation of the Euro currency
- Pricing : new rules of product ratemaking
- Overhaul of the invoice
- Deployment of JDEdwards in a production workshop
- Subcontracting flows for a Swiss subsidiary
