I have been working for large international companies in Czech Republic (Robert Half International, Unilever), Poland (Tyco), France (Tyco, Chartis, Schneider Electric) and Italy.
I did work for 3 years in Sales, 2 years in Marketing and 8 years in HR. I have a good knowledge of the international business environment and its complexity.
I have a degree in Labour Sciences from the University of Louvain La Neuve-Belgium, a Master in HR specialist as well as in Coaching (from the University of Assas-Paris and from the Scuola Italiana of Life Coaching-Milano).

Provide help and solution for all HR related topics for a population of 650 employees. Being directly in charge for the French population (250) and working with a network of global HRBP for the other countries (mainly Poland, US, India, China). Supporting Managers on organization, change management, workforce planning, recruitment, mobility, talent management, training and compensation.
* HR Manager for Business Automation division.
Responsibilities: ensure the implementation of HR processes: recruitment, integration, mobility, annual appraisal, people review, salary and bonus review for 120 employees located in France/US/Germany.
Achievements: build, deploy and monitor the HR Balance scorecard for the HR team. Implemented the job coding and individual competency reviews for 50% of the population and deploy the 360 assessment.
* HR Manager for Customer and Market division. Transversal role.
Responsibilities: contribute to the business growth of the Global strategic accounts department by developing the resources dedicated to this network organization (over 100 key account managers located in 16 countries). HR generalist for the central team (35).
Achievements: define and deploy processes to animate the resources of the network: functional annual appraisal, resources mapping, global bonus scheme, generic job descriptions, key competencies gap analysis, training program, new comers integration process. For the central team, recruitment and deployment of standard HR processes.
2001 - 2004Responsibilities: support and guidelines provider for local HR Managers (25 countries - 6200 employees) and HR business partner for the headquarter team (85 people). “Management Associate” for the first 2 years (high potential pipeline program).
Achievements: recruitment, creation of new comers integration package, creation and implementation of the European recruitment web site ( www.aigeurocareers.com ) and of a recruitment cost reporting database, review and harmonisation of job titles/functions, follow up budget process and approval of recruitment strategy, organisation of the regional training programs, regional benefits summary and pension survey, performance appraisal management policy implementation, follow up of the company car fleet and expatriate insurance policy, layout of the quarterly newsletter edition.
1999 - 2001Responsibilities: in France, taking over a vacant sales area of 360 clients in the food retail segment (hypermarket & supermarket). Implement the national strategy for each account and resolve problems. In Poland, improving and consolidating the relationship with French retailers, company and product presentation, tenders preparation, pricing strategy and negotiation, coordination with the technical department until the completion of installation (electronic article surveillance & video surveillance).
Achievements: contracts signed with 6 hypermarkets and 22 specialized retailers, exclusive contract signed with Auchan. Objectives over achieved in Poland (144%, $1,5 mil.) and achieved in France ($2 mil.)
1997 - 1998Responsibilities: assure achievement of product groups’ objectives by analysing, planning, executing and controlling of all marketing activities (promotion, advertising, market research, pricing, product development). Responsible for 3 products ($2 mil.). Assisting the Category Manager.
Achievements: launch 3 successful promotions and new products, preparation of the “goals review”.
1995 - 1997Responsibilities: creation and network development of French and international clients, company presentation, contract negotiation. Interviews, selections and placements of candidates. Edition of advertisements.
Achievements: created a portfolio of 47 new clients, best sales results among 12 consultants, participated in the creation of company booklet and in the implementation of a new IT system for database management.
