En résumé

I recently obtained my Ph.D. in a food science engineering school (Oniris, formerly ENITIAA) located in Nantes. Affected to the Sensometrics and Chemometrics Laboratory, the main purpose of my work was to construct data analysis methods aiming to take into account nonlinearity, for example in the interpretation of consumer’s preferences.
