    I also worked at the Onboarding project. We created a compréhensive onboarding process and package to integrate new colleagues

    Conduite de Projet: Je fais partie de l’équipe en charge du management du changement sur un projet de déploiement SAP. Nous sommes responsables pour la conduite du projet et de la gestion du changement. J’ai personnellement la responsabilité de la standardisation des processus et le soutien à l’organisation des formations.

    We successfully created the SEMAY project, still active today. This project supports divers action in Ethiopia.
