We work closely with pharmaceutical companies all over the world assisting them wide range of clinical trials from Phase 1 to 4.
Our greatest experience lies in Oncology, Neurology, Dermatology and Rheumatology although we have worked in many other therapeutic areas.
ClinTec operates twofold supporting its partners on both insourced and outsourced basis. Our Head Office is based in Glasgow in the UK.
Within the Glasgow office we have a Global Resourcing team, finance department, marketing, Business development and Clinical Operations.
Other office locations include: Paris, Dubai, Boston, Krakow, Bangalore, Beirut... We also have a large number of CRA’s working home based throughout Europe, The Middle East, South Africa, Latin America and Asia.

    2009 - 2012 Resourcing Manager, EMEA. I have implemented and developed the recruitment platform for RPS in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    My knowledge and my experiences in recruitment enable me to bring a real added value with some very specific strategies in recruitment. I have managed a multicultural recruitment team of twelve people on a daily basis and developed through training and through personal development the skills and the expertise of each of them. I am also able to promote through specific strategies, the company within its services and its plus on the EMEA market while recruiting. Participating to client presentation was also part of my activities and also a joy for me to introduce to our clients the recruitment structure and its advantages.

    I have strongly developed the turnover of RPS from 1 650 000 € to 2 400 000 € in 2011 and from scratch to 13 Million Euros on the EMEA market within Integrated Programs and Outsourcing services and has also participated of the development of the Full Services activities in recruiting very skilled candidates having a strategic position within the companies.

    Les méthodes sont simples; connaissance des différents acteurs du marché, création d’un réel réseau de collaborateurs ainsi que des méthodes de chasse de profils.
