En résumé

A multi-lingual and international-oriented Project Engineer with over 10 years experience in the automotive industry at PSA Peugeot Citroen. I have been successfully involved in challenging projects with wide range responsibilities (manufacturing process, IT system, human resources, training…). After being involved in the launch of the Joint Venture with PSA new Chinese partner (CAPSA for DS brand), I am now working between France and China to ensure the success of the next premium car launch.

    Rueil Malmaison 2010 - 2011 Target : Implement skills improvement process for 800 employees (including 75 supervisor) located all over the world (France, Spain, Portugal, China, Bresil, Argentina, Russia, Spain).
Supervise 10 windows people and 30 trainers (mostly experts).

    - Evaluation of 100 % of the collaborator

    - Implementation of tools / operating procedures / equipments

    Rueil Malmaison 2003 - 2007 Industrial processes qualification :
    - New product launches : implementation of standard operating procedures, statistical process control (SPC), equipment qualification
    - Responsible for ISO conformity, training, corrective & preventative actions, planning
    - Department auditee for internal and external audits
    - Scheduling and reporting of technical drawing updates (2 technicians) and annual shutdown maintenance works
