CRANVES-SALES

En résumé

Thanks to an excellent dual education (sciences and business) and to my professional experience with proven track records in managing international businesses, I am comfortable with public and private sectors, sales, counsel and executive roles. My managerial positions revealed my capacity to adapt, to lead people and to be attentive to their needs whatever the function and/or the origin of the employees for the benefit of the team and of the company. My semiprofessional sport activities, as for them, allowed me to develop discipline and perseverance.

Result oriented, beside my competences (analytical, managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills) and the knowledge acquired through my experiences, I offer to my employer and I share with my colleagues, my dynamism, my positive and “can-do” attitude as well as my creativity, my integrity and my strong professional and personal values.

With a high entrepreneurial spirit, my main motivation is to build strong teams, sustainable businesses and operations and to lead them to success in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

Therefore, I would be interested to take up a motivating international project needing a high level of autonomy, expertise and experience. I am then looking for a CEO or CCO / VP position in a small company, mainly, but not only, in the biotech area (R&D or diagnostics), that truly shares my values and look for a strategic and long term vision and business development. I stay open to other opportunities or missions shall a good fit may arise!
