- Develop IS organisation in cooperation with Africa & Middle East Regional Finance Director and each countries Senior Managers (GM, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing Directors)
- Manage communication within Group IS Managers network
- Own IS performance evaluation and management. Review actual performance against targets, create transparency, own improvement activities / correctives actions to close gaps, provide reports to Africa & Middle East Regional Senior Management and Group IS
- Set Africa & Middle East Regional IS control framework (policies, and standards), delegated authority limits and ensure robust control environment within all region sites
- Be the catalyst for change, managing and guiding change processes throughout IS in all Africa & Middle East markets
- Identify IS Risks in all Africa & Middle East sites, define and implement mitigation solutions.
- Define IS Disaster Recovery solutions and get Business approval for implementation in all Africa & Middle East markets
- Ensure development, execution and progress monitoring, system availability, appropriate advices and operational IS procedures and processes for full compliance to IS Policy & standards in all Africa & Middle East sites
- Lead, train, evaluate, inspire and engage a high performing IS team in Africa & Middle East region and impact positively the regional and Group IS engagement agenda
