2007 - 2009• Reporting to the EMEA sales Director and EMEA General Manager in London. Managed the French and Benelux business unit including all budgets and successfully ensured the business delivered against its forecast objectives.
• Worked on Sales & Marketing process, significantly improving execution and tripling revenues in less than 2 years.
• Hired & replaced key personnel in France. Successfully managed the move of the French office from Nice to Paris.
• Successfully delivered on the strategic goal of making Glu Mobile a Top3 Mobile Games Publisher in France, and made France & Benelux territories leading the EMEA business for Glu Mobile.
• Expanded range of business models to include subscriptions, all you can eat, bundles, rental, etc. Managed French D2C, including strategy, vendors, business models and interfaces.

2005 - 2007• Built & managed all mobile gaming services of Orange France.
• Defined gaming products propositions and worked with multiple technology groups within Orange France to ensure successful on-time delivery and deployment.
• In partnership with consumer marketing, designed and executed marketing campaigns that drove demand for games services.
• Working with content partners, designed content offerings that reflected market positioning, addressed all target demographics and maximized revenue & profits.
• Managed relationships with wide range of content partners (Gameloft, Electonic Arts, Glu Mobile, Sony Pictures, Sega, THQ, Namco, etc).
• Raised Orange France to n°1 mobile games retailer in Europe in revenues.
