  2013 - maintenant Primary driving force on reengineered business process and redesigned commercialization plan.
  
  Directed financial and legal negociations, and accomplished profitable sale of health assets.
  
  Developed a research pole on Energy and retained by French-based client Fluidis ans EDF R&D companies to advise and participate in R&D large scale projects.
  
  Product development including MEMs, IoT and Big Data (connected devices with sound and image processing, wireless sensors, energy management monitoring...).

• handco - Chief Research Officer

  2009 - 2013 Managed research in a start-up company, provided leadership to 10 researchers and indirect oversight of 50 employees.
  
  Co-funded and Co-directed a research chair on Quality of Life (QoL) for elderly people with a budget of 1.5M€.
  
  Designed a top level IoT research solution to monitor activity at home for elderly people.
  
  Successfully managed a research project on deploying infrastructures for charging and monitoring electrical vehicules (budget of 20M€).
  
  Advised PhD students (last defence in may 2016).

  Paris 2007 - 2009 Managed and administrated a research projet on health for people with special needs (budget of 1,2M€).
  
  In charge of designing researcher's needs and budget for a new research facility (MISS) in Evry.
  
  Lecturer on advanced programming and numeric electronic in top5 french electrical engineering schools.

• EDF - PhD student

  Paris 2004 - 2007 PhD student, EDF R&D, ICAME Innovation lab.Thesis subject: Human-Environment interaction: model and tools. Research work and applications on highly dynamic systems and UI.
  
  Designed and deployed of a large domotic infrastructure for people with special needs in the south of France (5 houses, 8 flats).
  
  Wrote an open KNX implementation (major domotic protocol).
  
  Performed the interaction design and code of new home services for EDF R&D.
  
  Spent one year inside EDF R&D facilities to learn numerical electronic, integration and production.

• Télécom Paris - Research Engineer

  2003 - 2004 Wrote and administrate several researchprojects on biometry and signal processing (speech recognition).
  
  Coded several algorithms for HMM-GMM in speech recognition. Made the first integration of HTK (Univ. Cambridge) for MS Windows.

• Pasteur Institute - PhD student

  2002 - 2002 PhD student, Pasteur Institute, private part, Celogos.
  Designed a new technology for screening genes expressionusing DNA chips.
