    => Bid the packaging and transportation cost of our railways seats to the customer according to theirs needs (Type of packaging and technical requirements) and find the best economical solution.
    => Develop and manage the customers packaging in relation with the customers until the end of the products deliveries
    => Develop internal packaging to reduce the packaging cost and the quality issues (scraps)

    Trelleborg 2008 - 2009 => Set up and management of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)groups.
    => Diminution of the injection moulding scraps
    => Analyse of plastics material issues and reorganization of the plastics material management

  • Trelleborg Wuxi - Methods Engineer

    2006 - 2008 The french plant (Trelleborg Prodyn)is specialised in the boots' production.
    The main process is the injection and extrusion blow molding. After a training of 4 months in France, departure for Wuxi, near Shanghai.
    My mission was to start up this new activity in Trelleborg Wuxi.

    => Recruiting, training and management of 3 shifts to this new activity
    => Production and maintenance management
    => Technical support
    => Responsability for maintaining the same quality level and the methods requirements than in France.
