    En résumé

    I'm an IT Support Manager with a 11-year work experience in an international and multicultural context. My experiences in a job in a constant evolution (customer needs, user experience, technical evolutions) helped me to develop my capacity to meet the customers requirements. As a team leader I strive always for the best professional growth and success of my team and its individuals. I enjoy to work in strong relation with many stakeholders (IT teams, business teams, external partners) in a dynamic and multicultural work environment. Serious and perseverant, I face challenges as opportunities to learn or improve. I'm open to new challenges, new professional opportunities in which I can invest in and progress.
