Analyse the Quality requirements of the call for Tender dossiers,
Participate to the coordination and/or clarification meetings,
Issue the required documentation, to be included in the Technical Proposal and/or pre-qualification dossiers, in order to reply to the Client and SAIPEM sa requirements,
Ensure Partners, Major subcontractors & vendors meet Client and SAIPEM sa Quality requirements
Liaise with proposal & commercial manager for quality dossiers follow up,
Follow up the quality performances/reporting management and lesson learned/failure analysis.

(Algeria/Oman Fertilizer Project, Marine Terminal – Arzew, Client: Sonatrach, Location: Mers El Hadjadj, Arzew Bay, Oran - Algérie)
Provides the necessary back-up to the Project Director regarding contractual issues related to quality during project execution phase,
Draw up project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules and key project management procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards,
Establish, follow up and update the Project Quality Management System, and interfaces with different responsible for quality Issues,
Liaises with Clients about quality matters,
Supervise the project document management and control activities,
Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within Project Quality Management System,
Review the quality documentation of Subcontractors & Vendors, perform their performance evaluation, and identify any necessary corrective measures.

(FLUXYS LNG TERMINAL FIRST EXTENSION PROJECT - Client: Fluxys LNG – Location: ZEEBRUGGE, Belgique)
Guarantees the good execution done by Subcontractors and to implement the controls necessary to ensure the compliance of their work with the contractual Quality requirements.
Inspects the construction quality control activities related to mechanical discipline.
Support the QA/QC Manager & Pre-Commissioning Manager in: Ensuring that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and to verify that all quality record documents necessary for the Test Package and final dossier are properly collected, backed up and transmitted all along the construction process. Interfaces with different responsible for quality issues.
Coordinates, checks and follow-up the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives of the systems in order to achieve the mechanical completion.

(MAFUMEIRA/BLOCK 0/TAKULA/MALONGO OFFSHORE PIPELINES PROJECTS - Client: Chevron/Cabinda Gulf Oil Company (CABGOC) – Location: Block 0, Offshore Cabinda, Angola)
Provides the necessary back-up to the Project Quality Manager regarding contractual issues related to Quality during project execution phase ,
Support the Project Quality Manager in: Drawing up Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards, preparing the Matrix for Contractual Documents Review, reviewing Quality Documentation of Vendors/Subcontractors, updating the Project Quality Management system, implementing the Internal Project Audits, and interfaces with different responsible for quality issues,
Inspection on board Castoro II for Offshore activities: monitoring the implementation of Quality Management System (QA/QC), quality records compilation, project final documentation preparation, follow up the subcontractor quality deliverables.
