MIS (Service Delivery Senior Manager )
- Managed 35 IT engineers and specialists located over 5 sites (Nanterre Rennes, Rueil Malmaison, Rabat and Warsaw) for IT Technical department.
- Leaded and managed several important projects for Direct Assurance:
- Set up a voice portal service (including Voice recognition and TTS SW) to automate customer services
- Implemented new IT infrastructure (including a call center) for AXA Direct Insurance company in Poland: performed 1 trip every 2 weeks for 2-3 days in Warsaw to hire and manage a new Technical team and IT providers in Warsaw,
- Installed a new offshore call center in Rabat – Morocco to reduce human resource costs,
- Migrated old call center to new virtual contact center with Alcatel & Genesys (GVP) to optimize Customer services,
- Installed a new call center of 60 Alcatel ACD positions for a BNP Parisbas.
- Implemented SIEBEL CRM infrastructure
MIS (Service Delivery Manager) at AXA DIRECT JAPAN / AXA GROUP
June 1998 – December 2002
-Managed 15 IT engineers and specialists in IT Technical department.
-Started the new company AXA DIRECT in Tokyo with setup of new IT infrastructure and technology (cabling, telephony line, frame relay, Lucent PBX/ACD, Genesys, 3Com ATM/Ethernet switches, Sun Firewall, MS Exchange Mail, HP-UX, Oracle, CA TNG, Windows NT PC.
-Implemented whole procedure and reporting for the IT System area.
-Managed relationship with GITO (AXA group Internal providers) and external providers.
-Purchased software, hardware and services within budget.
-Set up Call Center of 200 positions with Lucent ACD, IVR and Genesys solution for Direct Sales.
-Participated in the implementation of E-Business (on-line quotation for car insurance www.axa-direct.co.jp ).
-Was responsible for the whole IT System in AXA DIRECT
Software Integration Manager at DIRECT SEGUROS/AXA GROUPAugust 1996 – May 1998
-Started the new company Direct Seguros in Madrid with setup of AXA group infrastructure and technology (cabling, frame relay, Alcatel PBX, Madge Token ring switches, Hitachi (IBM compatible) host in France, AXANET software package (Client/Server Architecture), OS/2 and Windows NT PC.
-Managed AXANET Business software package. Was responsible for the quality of software delivering in Production environment.
-Implemented procedures and methods of work for Technical and Software Development team.
-Managed and solved IT incidents for IT Department
