2008 - 2008After the launch of a beta version of their social network, I joined FreelanceBusinessClub to technically turn their beta version into a 1.0 version.
Objectives for v1.0 release were to have:
* a robust and maintainable software architecture
* a performant and scalable technical architecture
* a team friendly code organization
* a SEO efficient website
* an easy internationalizable website
* the new graphical chart easily integrated
The new website has been launched end of october 2008
2006 - 2008The main highlights of my work at RIFT Technologies are:
* Elaboration of the company's business plan based on which we succeeded our early stage fund raising of 400k€ in december 2006.
* Technical management of a 3 people team to deliver our first customer. Project consisted in building a custom, auto-installable Linux distribution based on Ubuntu Linux Desktop.
* Leading role in the elaboration of the company's marketing plan.
* Pre-sales activities with Kaspersky Labs.
As I side work, I also trained the Canonical (Ubuntu) OEM sales team in april 2007. It was a 1-day "sales oriented technical training" to increase their knowledge of the Linux ecosystem and the problematics that surround it.
