En résumé

Thibault is Co-Founder of Adventure Capital Corporation which is a junior Venture Capital and Financial Advisory Firm investing in greenfield/early stage mining and oil&gas projects in Africa.

Thibault began his career in London as a Financial Analyst at PLUS Stock Exchange. He created the PLUS Index Series which include the PLUS-50 and PLUS-All indices, and provided detailed financial analysis on PLUS quoted companies to help investors to make their investment decisions. He was encouraging new IPO on the exchange to diversify the profile of the companies quoted on PLUS.

He is graduated in Business Administration from Caen University and hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management Science from Paris Dauphine University. He is currently studying a Master’s degree in accounting (DSCG) to improve his knowledge in this field. Aware of the African potential in sectors such as Mining and Oil & Gas, he recently left London for Conakry to develop Adventure Capital Corporation which his French friend and business partner Romain Girbal.

  • IUT CAEN - Organisation d'un séjour dans les pays scandinaves pour quarante étudiants

    maintenant Dans le cadre de notre projet de groupe à l'IUT, nous avons organisé avec trois camarades un voyage d'étude pour quarante étudiants dans les pays scandinaves, nous avons visité la Norvège, la Suède et la Finlande. L'objectif de ce séjour fut d'étudier les économies scandinaves et d'observer les modes de vie de leurs habitants.

    - Conférence à la section économique de l'ambassade de France de Stockholm sur la comparaison des économies scandinaves et leurs résistances face à la crise économique mondiale.

Our firm serves the needs of investors, international groups and governments in Africa. Our firm offers independent financial advice to companies and governments in the fields of :

    Through our prestigious global network we bring together talented people and an entrepreneurial investment philosophy. The funds are managed by two French entrepreneurs who were previously working in London. To date, the firm has invested in gold and bauxite projects in Republic of Guinea and is looking to diversify his investment portfolio. The fund is mainly focus on post-conflict countries which represents controlled risk/high return investment opportunities.

    The firm is always looking for new investors to raise more funds and develop more projects. Adventure Capital Corporation has the ambition to become the most important Venture Capital and Financial Advisory Firm focus on mining and oil&gas sectors in Africa.

  • PLUS Markets Group - Analyste Financier

    2011 - 2012 - With two colleagues, creation of the PLUS-50 and PLUS-ALL indices to appeal more investors and support the liquidity in the market. These indices are market capitalization weighted.

    - Provide detailed financial analysis on PLUS quoted companies. These companies are small and mid cap and require more analytical data than a regular FTSE company to help investors make investment decisions.

    - Weekly reports to the management team about trading activity, new admissions, debtors and creditors.

    - Develop relations with corporate finance boutiques, based in emerging countries to encourage new IPO on the exchange. Analyse financière des 150 sociétés cotées afin d’aider les investisseurs à faire leurs choix d’investissements (calcul de ratios financiers à partir du bilan et du compte de résultat).
    • Création d'indices boursiers (PLUS 50, PLUS All Shares, indices sectoriels) pour que les investisseurs puissent évaluer les performances en bourse des sociétés cotées.
    • Développer les relations avec les investisseurs institutionnels et les banques d’investissements en Asie (Hong-Kong, Singapour, Shanghai, Bombay) afin d’attirer les investisseurs et d’augmenter le nombre d’entreprises asiatiques cotées.
    • Rapports hebdomadaires à la direction générale concernant l'activité du « trading », les anomalies du marché, créances et dettes du groupe, nouvelles introductions en bourse...
