    - Creation of a specific lingerie collection for the bride and a dedicated e-commerce website.
    - Operational e-commerce launch test of a textile and women's clothing offer. 300 orders in 3 months and 15% of loyalty (re-orders).

    2001 - 2007 Mail order and e-commerce website of lingerie, swimwear, nightwear, homewear.
    Creation, development of the concept and brand.
    Product marketing management including, sourcing, buying - Print and web communication management.

    With around 10 catalogs/year (circ. : 4 million), our collections meet a great success (€ 10 million in 2005) and the structure quickly reaches 20 employees, including 4 in my team.
    In 2003, Body Bloom received the 1st prize of the French MO and Direct Marketing Awards.
    My main missions :

    - COLLECTIONS (2 product managers) : Marketing-mix, Supply management, Commercial indicators follow up, Competitive intelligence, Licenses research / negotiation : Licenses signed : Sabrina Nadal and Karine Ferri Collections.

    - PURCHASES / SOURCING (1 buyer - 1 analyst) : Control and monitoring of purchasing budgets, stocks, margin, inventories. Purchasing / Sourcing Travel, Purchases progressive optimization to Asia. Control processes implementation.

    - COMMUNICATION : Mail order and WEB agencies, modeling agencies, Studios, photographers, editors, pre-press and printers. Guarantor of the graphic and communication charters. Control and monitoring of operations : Briefs, pre-mock-ups, pre-prod, prod, models, pre-press, print & on-line publishing. Control and monitoring of budgets and schedules (Annual budgets: 600 K€). Permanent creative impulse with agencies and photographers...

    - TEAM MANAGEMENT : Recruitment, training and supervision of a 4 people team, Management of external service providers teams (about 15 people) : Creatives, publishing, production, photographers, logistics...

    - OTHER : Interface between MKG-customer dept, customer relations dept, web manager and logistic provider. As co-founder i participate in the preparation and presentation of the 5-years plan to 3 Suisses International group (Chairman, HRD, Financial Management, Management Control Dept, International development Manager).

    1999 - 2001 Starting-up a new business (Body Bloom) for one of the biggest actor of french distribution.

    Concept of mail order (Print) & e-commerce (Web) specialized in women lingerie (budget envelope € 4.6 million). Objective: To create a strong, innovative and differentiating concept.

    IImplementation and management of product marketing and catalog communication.

    Successful launch of the first catalog in March 2001 - Results in line with objectives : 5% yield and average order: 50 €.
