I have designed and helped industrialization of many TAGSYS core product RFID readers - Low-cost readers, ASIC based readers, medium range readers, long-range radio electronics, EAS gates and some particular RFID antennas.

I am in charge of selecting and planing project development resources, defining and managing development budget. I participate to the design with over 10 years of expertize in electronics (Radio designs, digital signal processing, embedded programming,...) and I validate design solutions.

My best experience refers to the management of a customer project which goal was to design a medium range reader dedicated to be integrated in IH cook tops and deliver 30kU quality readers at the first production batch. The integration of this solution was driven by an US integrator for a Japan located customer.
My latest experience concerns the development of a Clear RFID Security Pedestal for Libraries with a strong concern of time delivery and quality. I have managed the development of the electronic design (reader/accessories), designed a RFID antenna structure and validate a solution with subcontractors to include this structure within both in Acrylic and Glass panel. I have helped and managed the development of its mechanics, using extruded aluminum profiles and molded plastic parts especially designed for this product. I also helped the industrialization team to start this product manufacturing in Malaysia.

I support customers when it concerns hardware issues or when RFID readers are implemented in critical customers environments (Industry, small products,...)


- Participation within the company

I select and help recruiting new hardware technical staff and train it to our RFID know-how.
I participate to the improvement of our quality processes (ISO9001) by helping to their definition and carrying on internal audits.
