Amaris is an International Consulting Group in Technologies and Management. Created in Geneva in 2007, Amaris is now present in 35 countries throughout 40 subsidiaries.
Our organization is essentially focused on people :
- Towards our consultants: their personality, their technical and soft skills are the main asset of the services we offer everyday to our customers. The satisfaction of our consultants, which determines the quality of our work, is in Amaris a daily concern.
- Towards our customers : Managers, Consultants, Board... Everyone follows the same goal: to fulfill our customers expectations. We gather all the energies to listen, understand and implement solutions brought by our knowledge capitalization.
I am in charge of the IT Business Unit in Shanghai:
● Manage business development in China, clients relationship and technological projects follow-up.
● Manage the consultants teams (project follow-up, career management, yearly appraisal...).
● Hiring new talents, integrating them and improving their competences through trainings and certifications program.
● Maintain the link between APO (Amaris Project Office) and the business unit.
● Manage a profit unit controlling my margins and global results.
