I work as a researcher on two main projects:Array andArray. The two projects combine urban planning, territorial intelligence and gis analysis. These new apps based on collaborative webmapping and business intelligence imply new pratices for the local authorities, and involve process transformation and change management.
e-PLU team counts almost 12 persons, most of them in research labs (COGIT and MATIS @Array). I participate on the definition of the perimeter of the project, and on the design of its different features. My work is to keep the whole team involved and focused in the direction for success!
I also manage a team of 2 developers, geek as me, happy to use open source software to build a stunning webmapping app :Array!
I supply specific support on data expertise, gis analysis for other ongoing studies conducted by the company.
I've got specific interests in public policies on land management, property, housing and transportation. My research for my PhD focuses on the detection of value changes on the land market.
