    Some Key Achievements
    * In 2014, following on the interest expressed by the ALU CEO in a closer cooperation with GSMA, successfully aligned GSMA and ALU executive expectations for the GSMA Vision 2020 plan resulting in ALU being invited to join several key projects (confidentiality is preventing to provide more details)
    * In 2013, solved a critical and tricky VoLTE interworking issue for AT&T and Verizon by putting in place a multidisciplinary emergency task force with experts from all over the company as well as working with NSN and Ericsson
    * In 2012, put in place a strategy to position ALU as a key player in RTCWeb and protect the Telecom Industry investment in IMS (IETF, 3GPP, W3C, GSMA) and introduce WebRTC in GSMA RCS (IP Messaging). ;
    * In 2011, after 2 years of efforts and in line with the ALU ``Application Enablement'' strategy, successfully positioned ALU as a top player in the Network API standard arena (GSMA OneAPI, OMA, WAC) resulting in positive analysts briefs, speaking opportunities and customer contacts.

    Paris 2004 - 2009 * Heading the company activities related to Applications & Services Standards.
    * Defending Alcatel-Lucent position at different Board of Directors and steering groups such as the OMA BoD, the GSMA RCS SG or GSMA VoLTE SG.
    * Serving as Vice-Chair of the OMA board External Liaison committee, establishing legal contracts for collaboration between Standards Organizations. As such, initiated the discussions with the Chinese Communications Standards Association.
    * Heading ALU lobbying effort to bring Chinese operators to the International Standards arena to lower their dependency on local manufacturers.
    * Consolidated and led the ex-Alcatel and ex-Lucent standard teams (30+ people) in one strong 20+ people Alcatel-Lucent team, including several Bell-Lab Fellows, praised for its technical skills, fairness and dedication to the standard community.
    * Recognized "high-potential" by Alcatel-Lucent top management
  • Alcatel Lucent - Software Strategy Director

    Paris 2002 - 2004 * In charge of the Service & Application Standards strategy for the Alcatel group as well as the software strategy for the mobile phones platform and products.
    * Spearheaded the Alcatel effort to build the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) and then as OMA board member, achieved consolidation of the SyncML Forum, Wireless Village, Mobile Wireless Internet Forum and several other initiatives.
  • Alcatel Mobile Phones - Director Software Innovation Lab

    1999 - 2002 * Founded and managed the Software Lab', developing futuristic ideas to generate concepts, mock-ups and associated business cases. Pioneered Connected Watches, Always-on Messaging devices and connected objects.
    * In charge of the Alcatel Mobile platform software strategy
    * Founded the Enhanced Messaging initiative with Ericsson, Siemens and Motorola
  • Alcatel Mobile Phones - Senior Product Manager avant-garde mobile phones

    1993 - 1999 (and Alcatel/Sharp JV) Senior Product Manager, 6 years, devices such as the first ever phone with mobile web access, dual body Satellite/GSM phone or Personal Mobile Communicator with mobile email. As such, orchestrated and oversaw product development, split between France, US, Japan and China with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
