My responsibilities aim at gaining new customers and at penetrating existing markets.
My primary duty is to give support to the sales department and the customer development relationship manager.
I have to take care of our external communication and develop prospective clients. I attract new customers for the company through various promotional and advertising methods (phone call, mailing...)
I maintain a customer database effectively to enable the easy and speedy recovery of a given customer's details.
