Since April 10, Thomas is the Marketing Director Europe of Criteo.
Criteo expands the search budgets of the 1200 largest ecommerce advertisers across twenty countries. Every day Criteo generates millions of high quality leads, through personalized product banners that convert consumers searches into actual buying. Criteo is measured purely on its post-click performance.
Criteo's annual revenue has grown from zero to $200 million in three years. In this time, the number of employees at the company has jumped from 20 to 400, and it has profitably expanded into 20 countries across America, Europe and Asia.

From Sept '08 to Jan '10, Thomas was CEO and Founder @ Hurrycam, an innovative social video shopping experience based on videopinions and Video-SEO. Co-founders were: Olivier Parriche (Head of Product Yahoo search and Y! Answers), Pascal Gauthier (Ex- Commercial Director @ Yahoo Marketplace, current COO @ Criteo) and Pierre Gaudet (ex-COO @ Kelkoo).

Prior to this, Thomas was Sales Director at Buongiorno for 3 years. Thomas was responsible for developing the ongoing business as well as building innovative web & mobile services. Buongiorno is the global leader in mobile entertainment with 24 offices, 57 markets, +130 telcos and over 2 billions mobile users.

In 2001, Thomas has joined AOL for 4 years as Head of business development and has also spent 2 years in the Marketing Strategic department of Bouygues Telecom where he was in charge of the marketing plan for the third generation mobile telephony systems license (UMTS/3G).

Thomas is graduated from ESC Rouen business school.
