    Paris 2015 - 2015 French company specialized in the manufacturing of packaging for prestigious brands, I’m responsible of the financial department of the factory based in China and I’ve the mission to create dashboards and performance indicators to optimize the productivity.

    • Audit and optimization of the accounting department (transparency of the invoicing process, ERP development, archiving)
    • Implementation and followed of productivity dashboards / pace (workshops machines and hand making)
    • Calculation of the global cost (salary / cost of purchases / transport)
    • Updating of the cost estimations (pre-established by the purchasing department) during the production
    • Weekly report intended for the direction.

  • OPA Distribution - JUNIOR COST CONTROLLER

    2012 - 2014 Company specialized in the import-export of processed foodstuffs, i had the responsibility of the management control, the mission to lead the project of the moving of the company and the optimization of the existing processes for the new platform.

    As junior cost controller:
    • Implementation of dashboards and performance indicators to realize the objectives.
    • Realizations of economic and financial studies for the project of moving.
    • Cost of packaging activity, orders preparation and cost of products.

    As assistant project management:
    • Definition, planning and estimation of the lead time of the tasks (“MS Project” and “Project Libre” ERP)
    • Internal audit to target axes that must be improved in the new warehouse (objective = increase 10% productivity)
    • Lean Management.
