2001 - 2004- Free TV: Monitored operational improvements of all European RTL TV stations resulting in EBITA impact of +$20m.
- Pay TV: Formulated the strategy of Bertelsmann US to partner NBC in acquiring a cable network.
- Radio: Involved in the turnaround of RTL radio in Paris.
- Non Ad Revenues: Managed 6 French business deals to leverage M6 TV brands in non-ad revenues for launching new magazines, music publishing, books, internet & mobile services and theater production.
- Production: Developed the integration plans of Fremantle Media into RTL Group in early 2002.
- Magazine publishing: Structured operational improvement of the magazine division in US, Europe and Asia.
- Book publishing: Sales forecasting model for Random House. Designed monitoring system with key retailers.
- Music recording and publishing: Post-merger integration for BMG-Zomba. Coordinated the integration of 17 countries outside the US (about 300 employees) resulting in an EBITA impact of $16m.
1997 - 2000- Started regional headquarters in Malaysia. Formulated market-entry strategies in Asia region. Conducted market analysis by product category. Advised management on strategic alliances. Coordinated 10 joint venture deal agreements. Helped to set up two regional low-end pen manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and China.
- Managed the online business division with a sales force of 30 people. Led branding activities, marketing and promotional initiatives. Negotiated deals with 100 regional corporate accounts ($20m). Redesigned supply chain using e-sourcing procedures with factories across Asia, Europe, US, and Australia.
1994 - 1997- Implemented corporate strategy and managed daily operations with a team of 40 local managers and 150 sales representatives. Turnover: $6m with +250% growth in 3 years.
- Managed physical distribution of 1200 accounts, coordinated advertising campaigns and retail promotional activities (> $1m), and supervised inventories in 12 local sales and distribution branches.
1993 - 1994- Assigned to a French company named Charbonnages de France to handle finance in project management.
- Controlled a $120m project in CdF-Coal India Ltd JV (Calcutta). Managed 6 people.
