• I was in charge of the european consumer facilities & the budget realted to european studies
• I was also in charge of the training program for the whole Hair european R&D team.
2005 - 2007As part of the new R&D operating framework, I developed a vision of what shall be done in the early stages of packaging design and proposed a European roadmap to get to it. In order to support this new model, I’ve built with my team the technical understanding of the European market & we fed these requirements and learning to the global design centers via project briefs in order to develop successfull products. My focus was on hair & skin categories but I also sponsored other Home & Personal Care categories on the use of developed best practices.
I was representing Europe in the Unilever global packaging sustainability network.
1998 - 20052003-2005: DEPLOY PACKAGING in EUROPE
I strongly participated to the design of the new global hair bottles and I led with my team the deployment of these new packagings in Europe.
I also worked with the European Packaging Director on our new regional mission & organization to pre-empt coming business needs
2001-2002: GLOBAL PACKAGING DESIGN

I’ve also built the “packaging consumer understanding” program in collaboration with CTI in order to design packaging fitting for consumer purpose.
1998-2000: EUROPEAN PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT
I developed hair wash & care packaging for Europe taking into consideration technical feasibility as well as consumer key drivers for preference, within the agreed timescale and business targets.
I participated to the Global Advanced Packaging Group looking for innovation opportunities on markets.
