  • EMC - Senior Human Resources Manager

    Bezons 2005 - maintenant 8+years in an HR Business Partner role:
    Staffing:
    • Work with organisation leaders to create and review staffing plans in line with business priorities (IIG, VCE, GreenPlum/Pivotal…)
    • Take ownership of the staffing process end-to-end by deciding candidate sourcing strategy, monitoring and driving the performance of external partners, ensuring time to fill targets are achieved, provide input to offer design, and ensure the contract/ onboarding processes run smoothly

    Performance Management:
    • Provide coaching and support to managers to ensure annual performance review cycles work effectively
    • Monitor low performance situations, ensure appropriate action is taken and help create improvement plans where necessary
    • Process terminations jointly with managers, ensuring legal compliance

    Employee & Career Development:
    • Work with country leadership to develop and regularly review succession plans and action plans for high potentials/ talents
    • Support management with information and coaching on the creation of employee development plans which link to the mid/long term vision of how the business needs to develop its skills

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Provide guidance on job offers and how/when reward and recognition can be delivered via a compensation action
    • Provide input to managers on merit and other forms of increases and their link to performance
    • Provide input to managers of customer-facing employees on the construction of compensation plans, especially the variable salary part (quotas/objectives)
    • Ensure corporate policies and practices are followed with the minimum of exceptions
    • Take ownership of the annual merit cycle through ensuring timely and effective preparation and execution by managers
    • Resolve all errors or disputes in the compensation area
    • Maintain market awareness on competitive compensation and benefits within the industry and raise any issues or proposals for changes with regional and corporate HR

    Labour Relations:
    • Maintain effective relations with the CHSCT, and through constructive input help to ensure the roles of the company leadership and works council are clear and fulfilled, leading to healthy labour relations
    • Maintain contact to external counsel, so that legal issues can be quickly and effectively handled in a safe and compliant way

    Strategic HR:
    • Contribute to the development of new HR initiatives by providing the country perspectives to corporate or regional level discussions
    • Take ownership of effective local execution of new programs, policies and initiatives
