Implementation of Misys LoanIQ V7.2 (project cost for EMEA :
10M EUR )
* Coordination of local and HO teams : IT (based in Madrid
and Paris), provider, local users in Madrid
* Change management on site for final users (total 10 users). ;
* Setup of new Direct Debit payment method (SEPA) ;
* Interfacing LoanIQ with SWIFT payment plateform, and
messaging platform for notices
* Definition of strategy for product testing and UAT,
coordination with Head Office department (Accounting,
Risks, Basel Ratios, Refinancing ...)
* Customization of specific type of Financing operations,
related to Madrid activity, such as syndicated deals, export
credits or PIK margins
* Improvement of internal reporting to follow up activity for
Middle and Back Office
* Deployment of the banking system in the branch ;
* Management of support post-go live
