  2009 - 2010 The main project was to organize a production transfer within the Eurocopter group.
  I had to prove the benefit of this transfer and evaluate the needs (human, economical and material) involved in the design of the new production line.
  The second project was to specifically define the internal activities of the airframes production department, particularly in the modification processes and configuration management implemented within EADS.

  The third project was to help the implementation of the new NH90 Production line, as a work preparator.
  I was particularly in charge of redacting work instructions, and to put in place a quality approach in accordance with hot bonding qualities and to improve tools and process.

• INEO SUEZ - Assistant electrician

  2009 - 2009 Assistant electrician in an building under construction during a month.
  I have discovered the construction sector, and I could estimate how to manage and motivate a team of workers in a difficult environment.

• Air France Cargo - Internship within the quality and operation department in Madrid (Spain)

  Roissy CDG 2008 - 2008 During this 3-month internship, I have been in charge of developing a quality tool to evaluate the ground handling companies which works for Air France in Spain and Portugal.
  
  Once I designed and automatized (with the help of Visual Basic) this IT tool, I was in charge of establishing a dialogue with these companies to improve the quality of their services to Air France's customers.

• Strada Restaurant in London (Camden Town) - Waiter (for a month)

• Association UAI Bordeaux 2008 - Chairman of a 12-student association

  2007 - 2008 During a full year, I had to manage a 12 student team to organize the 4 days of competition.
  Without experience in this domain, we had to prepare everything, from transports to parties including security, food and accommodation for 1,200 students.
  To manage this 140,000€ budget project has been the hardest but the most gratifying experience I had, as I learned a lot in management, leading meetings, facing to the unforeseen and motivating each team member in a different way. These skills which have since been invaluable to me.

  2006 - 2006 This one-month first experience in the industrial sector was the opportunity to create a maintenance program according to the nature of error messages received and their causes.
