    2012 - 2016 Usine de Belfort, leader des locomotives et motrices de TGV. 500 personnes. Chiffre d’affaires 200M€.

    Management des Achats sur la période complète.
    24 personnes - 130M€ annuels, incluant achats hors production, projet, et série.

    A partir de 09/2014, mission supplementaire :
    Management de la Supply Chain (64 pers.) incluant les activités de planning industriel, méthodes logistiques, approvisionnements, ordonnancement, magasin, plateforme expédition pour la zone CIS, et les Douanes France :
    • Déploiement d’une nouvelle organisation (3 nouveaux managers sur 5), et mise en place de sa gouvernance
    • Réajustement des processus opérationnels de la Supply Chain suite aux changements de l’ERP GSI
    • Ajustement des missions du Centre de Services Partagés Douane, intégrant l’évolution Alstom/GE
    • Optimisations du Plan Industriel & Commercial (S&OP), pour limiter l’emploi de ressources extérieures
    • Etablissement de 2 plans de sécurisation des approvisionnements (projet RGV 3UFC) : sur le court terme (variations de takt), et le moyen terme (risque de défaillance fournisseurs)
    • QRQC réalisés pour résolution de problèmes sur les manquants, l’OTIF, et le MPS Accuracy

    Management of files to be transferred or out-sourced from western countries, from request for quotation till mass production - support to local project/plant teams in their actions (8M€ with 20 plants).
    Management of new suppliers till the maturity of the relationship with Schneider.
    Coaching of an hungarian junior purchaser, animation of a technical expert.
