- Account Manager: managing existing 14 accounts, including ART group, Globecast UK and Arqiva… managing Sale and Technical request.
- Pre Sale: Support in pre sale for prospect, response of Request for information, proposal and quotations. Define Architecture on customers needs.
- Training and Exhibition: provide formal Training for CA and DVB, prepare and assist in Exhibition for presentation and demos.
Actual Projects management:
- ART: TV platform transfer (40 MPEG2 services) from Avezzano Uplink in Italy to Amman in Jordan… with training and integration of new CA systems.
- EEPAD trial: first IPTV platform in Algeria, 48 MPEG4 Services, with Viaccess acting as integrator.

- Sale Support: Technical support for Marketing and Sales for all range of products and solutions. Support Sales in presentations and demo.
- Integration for Demo and Exhibitions: Integrate new solutions and products for demo and Tradeshow (IBC, NAB, CEBIT…), Integrate and support customer on site for test and pre-deployment of news solutions.

Leadership in Interactive TV, providing complete solutions to TV networks (Echostar, DirectTV, BBC, SKY…). Working directly with TV Broadcaster, my position has 2 objectives:
Support EMEA sales organization:
- To qualify customer requirements and define solution architecture and prepare proposals (respond to RFI/RFP) and assist to pre-sale meeting, demos and trade show.
- To Prepare and manage Trade shows (IBC, MILIA, ANGA CABLE…).
Broadcast Support (Integration, Technical Support in pre-deployment):
- To manage all technical aspect of a Pre-deployment project. Demo, Installation, Integration and support of our solutions with customer Broadcast Equipment.
- To write technical documentation for support, training and Marketing.
One of Main projects done: Integration of a multi-site networks solution, NEWS (Reuters) and SMS (Mobileway) on TV, presented to Channel4, BBC, ITV. Media merging platform solution Internet/TV, at CNN UK.
