     Ensure Sales compensation strategy aligns with corporate strategy and financial objectives at global level.
    • Project
     Maintain an incentive management tool (ANAPLAN) in collaboration with Sales Operations and Internal IT
     Working closely with the IT team as the main business focal point, translating business needs to project requirements and prioritizing the different tasks in the roadmap
     Administrate the incentive management tool (build models, dashboards, release new features)
