After having obtained a Master’s degree specialized in Corporate Finance and Financial Audit, I joined Crowe Horwath - HAF Audit & Conseil in February 2012 to gain my first profesional experience in corporate finance (valuation) and financial audit.
Over the last couple of years, I have mainly performed assignments for the Corporate Finance department of Crowe Horwath - HAF Audit & Conseil (member of Crowe Horwath – 9th worldwide network) in Paris. This department carries out several Corporate Finance missions and deals with top group management displaying a independant judgement on information provided.
The assignments performed by the Corporate Finance department are among others :
- Fairness opinion,
- Option valuation,
- Equity certification,
- Impairment test,
- Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and intangible assets valuations (trademarks, patents, etc...).
In addition to the assignments carried out for the Corporate Finance department, I have performed many legal audit assignments for companies of different size in various field of activities (automotive industry, wine distribution, pharmaceutical industry, etc...).
