Parcours quelque peu atypique chez IBM, dans des environnements industriels et techniques (usines de Corbeil-Essonnes et East Fishkill), puis commerciaux (infrastructures, partenaires, services), j'ai tenu des responsabilités techniques, de management, de marketing et de vente.
J’ai récemment pris l’initiative de compléter cette expérience professionnelle et ma formation initiale d'ingénieur par une formation en gestion d’entreprise, au travers d’un MBA « Management International » à Euromed Marseille.
Je travaille actuellement, sur la région Sud Est (Montpellier, Marseille, Nice, Monaco), au développement des principaux programmes stratégiques d'IBM, pour aider les entreprises et les collectivités locales et territoriales

- à exploiter au mieux leurs données pour les transformer en informations pertinentes (Business Analytics & Optimization)
2007 - 2009En charge du développement de l'activité Services (infrastructure et conseil) auprès des entreprises régionales (Lyon & Marseille), je travaille auprès de directions générales, fonctionnelles ou informatiques pour identifier et analyser les problématiques des entreprises, puis proposer et initier des projets d’innovation, de transformation ou d’optimisation (technologies, sourcing, organisation…)

In charge of IBM indirect sales, for Small & Medium Business Sector, through « Business Partners », I am responsible of a 25M€ revenue budget (hardware, software and services).
My main responsibility is to put in place the appropriate actions to ensure the indirect sales network is consistent with the revenue target assigned to me.
My main activities in that role are:
- Build and maintain adequation between network capacities (number, competencies, geographical spreading, virtual network connections) and sales targets
- Monitor the opportunities pipeline, and the corrective actions required (lead generation activities, new products sales enablement, development plans)
- Maintain current network loyalty, and recruit selected new business partners
