Google Challenge:
There a is yearly international competition of Adwords organized and sponsorized by Google (200$ per team) and involving 2.187 student teams from 57 countries. My team composed by 6 members and I have worked with Roussev Sport, a sport articles specialized company. As a team leader, i worked in the launch of the gloabal marketing strategy for the settlement of our ads through Google and its partner websites. We wrote a Precampaign Strategy where we explained how we would launch our strategy and which budget we would allocate per day. The campaign started for 6 weeks and during that campaign, we made efforts to follow our global commmitments and to modify our budget when ads where not efficient enough. The main aim was to increase the turnover of Roussev Sport during this period (+20%). When the campaign was finished, we wrote a Post Campaign Strategy where we put a global feedback of how we solved out some issues, what has worked and has not. We have been selected to be among the Semi-finalist in the Top 50 of EMEA ranking.
