Global Project Assistant coordinating PA activities across a Program of 7 investigational studies managed in different countries. Main activities:
- organizing and participating to Kick-off and Investigators’ Meeting developing presentations, providing materials&documentations, assuring consistency between the studies.
- issuing periodic study status information
- guiding/coaching PAs on Sponsor start-up studies

- Organization of Investigators’ Meetings involving clinical study Principal Investigators, in Italy and abroad, according to internal procedure and Farmindustria legislation. Meeting management: contacts with the congress services in charge of the event (meeting rooms booking, hotel reservation, business lunches and on-site scouting).
- Administrative support for clinical studies’ set-up, conducting and closing activities, contacts with Principal Investigators, Ethic Committees and Hospitals/Universities.

Main roles: promotion and product discount management, volume budgets, listings, contract pay-off, extra plans, volume plans; monthly and daily data processing (volume/billing/ products extraction per sections, areas and NCG); external Sales Force assistance (12 Unit Managers and 30 field personnel), contacts with National Customer Groups sites, Sales Force reimbursement management.
