  • Work with private sector leaders in order to establish shared roadmaps
  • In charge of promoting at the European level the proposals from these roadmaps
  
  In charge of the operational implementation of the actions identified in the roadmaps:
  • Manage the innovation-related measures of the French stimulus package for ICT: launched requests for tenders, for a total public budget of 350 M€;
  • Negotiated and implemented a 75 M€ program aimed at developing the next generation of supercomputers

  2010 - 2012 In charge of defining and implementing public policies in favor of the development of the electronic systems and space industries:
  • Implemented joint actions with various electronics trade organizations and private companies (for example, through R&D support).
  • In charge of defining public policies for the ICT actors of the Smart Grids industry.
  • Defined and negotiated actions aimed at optimizing the industrial impact of the smart-metering program « Linky » in France.
  • Led a public-private task force on smart home.

• DRIRE Ile-de-France - Chef de la Division Automobile, Métrologie, Appareils à Pression

  2008 - 2010 • Directly managed a 47-people team (including 17 engineers) and coordinated an additional 40-people network.
  • In charge of delivering for France vehicle security approvals, for both national and foreign manufacturers.
  • In charge of defining and implementing with the industry the necessary security measures for gas and oil pipes.
  • Led a working group aimed at redefining the perimeter of the unit and its operating procedures.
