Travail varié, permettant d'utiliser de nombreuses techniques. Possibilité de communiquer aisément avec les supérieurs directs et indirects.
Notion de rentabilité prédominante impliquant une pression en cascade qui devient très lourde à porter pour le bas de l'échelle. Absence de remise en question de la direction. Manque de moyen pour la mise en sécurité des collaborateurs.
Advice to the company: Attention à la communication, les informations doivent être données au bon moment mais en totale transparence. Une meilleure reconnaissance du travail fourni serait bien venue afin d'éviter que la motivation générale ne s’essouffle.
