Une grosse société Américaine, très très bien structurée, avec une vrai culture d'entreprise, de la qualité et du service au client. Sa politique : People-Service-Profit FedEx forme et traite bien ses employés (people) afin qu'ils fournissent un service de qualité (service) qui satisfait les clients et donc génère des benefices (profit). Ces profits étant en partie redistribués aux employés et la boucle est bouclée. Très belle entreprise, avec un management de qualité.
Grosse structure donc peu flexible pour changer les procedures.
