    Summary

    Research engineer, experienced in the design, fabrication, and characterization of optoelectronic devices. My fields of interest include single-photon detectors and nitrides-based optoelectronic devices. I obtained my PhD degree in engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin in 2013, and in 2015 I was granted a 24-month "Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship" by the European Commission. I am currently working as a research engineer for the French Atomic Energy and Alternative Energy Commission.
