Amadeus is constantly going to new challenges, our travel industry is far from being mature - the technology and even the perception of the travel is evolving very quickly. My feeling is that Amadeus gives talented people an opportunity to be part of the game, and that the balance is very good between dynamism of new ideas, and the strongness of a big company which helps its staff to progress and to learn.
Sometimes, the weight of the big company is a bit frustrating => process, corporate tools, may be perceived as heavy.
