Within a small structure in Luxembourg and reporting directly to the Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and developing sales volume
- Anticipating and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new customers and products
- Determining and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Supervising stock positions and purchase requirements of raw materials
- Negotiating contracts with current and new customers
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers
- Cultivating professional relationships and your networking by visiting mines of the mother company
- Identifying new sales leads
- Providing technical and commercial support to established and well-known clients in Germany
- Creating quotes and negotiating prices
- Ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
- Participating in sales strategies and customer management in order to maintain and gain market shares
- Collaborating closely with the production, development, cost planning, quality and logistic departments
- Developing of a good understanding of the market needs and continually improve your personal knowledge of the latest sales techniques

Profil recherché

* You have around 5 years of experience within a commercial position (it will be an asset if in the metal, pharmaceuticals or in the feed manufacturing sectors). * You are equipped with "trader" skills and have the will to understand value-add. * You are willing to stay and develop within a company. * You are a team player and you are a "trainable" person. * You are fully fluent in German and English * You are willing to travel at least 100 days per year Conditions et Avantages Excellent working environment.
