Description du poste

• Collate input from relevant internal stakeholders to prepare supplier-related reports (supplier performance reports, reports on the client's portfolio of outsourcing arrangements etc.)


    • Enhance and maintain standard reporting requirements, templates and processes related to contract and supplier management


    • Enhance and maintain the client's centralised contract database


    • Maintain the client's centralised database of lessons learned from outsourcing arrangements


    • Contribute to the set-up of best practice supply arrangements which meet the expectations of the client, including effective financial, commercial, and performance management mechanisms


    • Advise on contractual ordering mechanisms, KPIs, penalties and other elements relevant to the management and monitoring of supply contracts


    • Support oversight of the performance of key suppliers


    • Contribute to the monitoring of contracts and the initiation of necessary steps for contract renewals, extensions, or new procurement procedures

Profil recherché

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in contract and/or supplier management     • Strong knowledge and understanding of contract and supplier management, preferably including in the area of IT, facility management, HR, financial services, or consultancy services     • Proven track record in the preparation of contract and supplier-related reports and the enhancement of standard reporting requirements, templates, and processes related to contract and supplier management     • Proven track record in supporting the set-up of best practice supply arrangements, including effective financial, commercial, and performance management mechanisms     • Proven track record in enhancing and maintaining databases in the area of contract and supplier management         • Fluency in English, both oral and written         • Analytical and problem-solving skills         • Ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely to non-experts         • Ability to make recommendations, resolve issues, and improve operations         • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines     • Team player with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
