Description du poste

• Research, analyse and retrieve data to prepare and maintain complex payroll records for Belgian offices.
    • Preparation and management of the payroll, as well as the processing of the Social Security, mutual and IRPF procedures.
    • Administrative procedures associated with the department, ensuring the processes efficiently and in compliance with the current labor legislation of different EU countries.
    • Develop and maintain business processes and application documentation.
    • Generate reports in Excel from multiple data sources and perform ad-hoc analysis.

Profil recherché

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 2 year's HR experience. Payroll experience, specifically Belgian payroll and knowledge of Belgian Labour Law. Ability to deal with large amounts of employee data and maintain confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Fluent in Flemish or French and have an good command of English and/or Spanish. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
