Your tasks are :
Financial management and cost control - 50% :
    • Create and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets, sales forecasts and expenses,
    • Produce monthly financial management reports,
    • Create frequent sales reports, generate and collect invoices, make all payments to management, employees, suppliers,
    • Manage bank balances overall cash position,
    • Monthly « DES declaration » (online filing of invoices issued to European customers),
    • Monthly filing of MC and UK company accounts including collection of all tax refunds,
    • Cost analysis and cost efficiency initiatives.

Commercial management - 25% :
    • Create commercial contracts (terms of business),
    • Liaise with government offices, bankers, accountants and legal advisers,
    • Manage all company registration, tax and regional compliance issues in MC and UK,
    • Enhance the internal back office systems, processes, documentation, record keeping of all useful information.

HR and office management - 25% :
    • Oversee general office operations (IT, equipment Purchase, etc.),
    • Responsible for all HR compliance i.e. work permits and employment contracts,
    • Own and deliver elements of the company expansion plans such as opening and administering new offices, hiring, induction and training,
    • Organise company meetings and social events,
    • PA to the MD.

Profil recherché

You have at least 3 years of experience in an Office Manager position and possess the following skills : Autonomy ; ability to multi-task ; ability to make thinks happen, can do attitude ; honesty, integrity, adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerant ; good understanding of SME business administration ; ability to produce high quality documentation ; fluent in french and english to business standard ; expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
