  2011 - maintenant Mon métier de courtier en travaux consiste à mettre en relation une clientèle de particuliers qui souhaite réaliser des travaux avec un panel d’artisans de tous corps de métier, sélectionnés et certifiés selon une Charte Qualité par la « Maison Des Travaux ».
  
  Le service de mise en relation fourni par le courtier est gratuit, il ne donne pas lieu à rémunération par le client. Ce sont les artisans en charge des travaux qui rémunèrent le courtier. Nous travaillons toujours avec les mêmes artisans et nous connaissons bien leur manière de travailler et nous les contrôlons régulièrement.
  
  . La Charte Qualité comprend 5 points :
  • la remise du devis dans les délais annoncés,
  • des travaux effectués par des professionnels qualifiés,
  • des travaux effectués selon un planning prévisionnel,
  • un nettoyage du chantier à intervalles réguliers,
  • des travaux qui respectent les conditions financières convenues avec le client.

  Paris 2000 - 2004
  Since January 2004 Environmental project enginner within FOSTER WHEELER FRANCE.
  • Expatriation 14 months in Brisbane (Australia)for Goro Nickel project. It’s an international project to exploit nickel and cobalt for 2 thousand millions US dollars. I submit a file to the Comité Technique Permanent des Barrages to realize a dam for the tailings storage. I realize a report I.C.P.E for the Administration about this area and I write the hydrogeological report for the project.
  
  • Dévelopment and management of soil remediation projects for the convertion of ex-industrial sites to other uses.
  • Filed supervision
  - Bituminum underground storages purge and soil remediation of the Luneville ex - gas production unit (from coal) site, Gaz de France
  - Supervision of all the site operations for the umbrella contract with Gaz de France for the water table monitoring for over 30 ex - gas production units
  - Soil contamination assessment for an ex - gas oil storage site.

  • Taking of cores on the SNCF (French railway company) bridge & viaduct piles of Argenteuil. Said operation has been achieved from barges on the Seine river.
  • Management and coordination of all the soil investigations achieved on behalf of the Paris Quarries General Inspections Department.
