    - Cameo sets itself the mission of providing highly skilled technical and project services for Enterprise Document Management, Knowledge management, Portal and Collaboration projects.

  • Hummingbird - Directeur BeNeLux

    1995 - 2005 In charge of the implementation of the company in the BeNeLux territory, responsibility was to organise the local team in order to generate maximum revenue by:

    • increasing revenue from the European Inst. and NATO base accounts
    • targeting large public and industrial accounts
    • establishing partnerships with companies working in the Document Mgment, Knowledge Mgment and Business Intelligence areas
    • managing a team of 2 sales managers, 2 sales executives and 6 consultants working on the territory
    • ensuring the P&L and sales reporting to the Head Quarters.

    The challenge was met: operations started successfully in Aug 1995, targets were met each year allowing the hiring of new staff .

    Another challenge during FY 2000 and 2001 in a part time role was to ensure Business Development in Spain and Portugal by re-producing the same successful business model. Revenue in the region increased and the decision was made to open an office in Barcelona starting fiscal year 2002.
  • BIM - Account Manager European Institutions

    1993 - 1995 Responsible for all project sales, challenge was to return the business to profitability by increasing revenue by 50% in 1994. Key activities were:

    • qualifying and wining competitive accounts
    • identifying new business streams
    • establishing partnerships with companies working within the European Institutions market
    • reorganising the tender response process in order to increase the success rate.

    The challenge was met: the target was over-achieved.

    Responsible for the collaboration with those departments of customer Kent County Council involved in pan-European projects and the creation of the Euroregion "Kent/ Nord Pas de Calais".

    main objective was to give advice to the account team on regional European development projects.
